Instructions for Abstract submission

Abstracts are submitted online using the Easychair system

For each abstract submission, at least one of the authors must register for the conference

Before submitting an abstract, please read carefully and follow the instructions below:

  1. Abstracts are submitted online with the Easychair system by  following this link
  2. You need to sign up for an account in Easychair (sign up for an account)
  3. Login after establishing your account
  4. You will be asked to fill in information on all authors as well as 3 keywords
  5. Select the appropriate section of the conference
  6. Upload the abstract from the “Upload Paper” link located at the end of the submission page. The abstract should be a PDF file with the format specified below:

Instructions for preparing and submitting the pdf file of your abstract

  • Abstract should not exceed  300 words including title, authors, addresses, keywords
  • Fonts: Times New Roman
  • Font size: 11
  • Text alignment: justified
  • Line spacing: single
  • Page layout margins:  2.54cm top, bottom and 3.17cm left, right
  • Title (bold)
    (one empty line)
  • Authors (bold), Surname First, Last name only the initial letter (ex. Douglas A. ). The name of the Author presenting the paper at the conference should be underlined.
    (one empty line)
  • Affiliation,  city, country(italics)
    (one empty line)
  • Main text of the abstract (250 words)

Once you prepare the pdf file, click the “UPLOAD PAPER” button and press submit

You will receive and automatic reply that the paper was submitted for evaluation

If the abstract is not in the above format, the authors will be asked to resubmit it with the right format or to send it by email as a Microsoft Word file. The scientific committee will select a limited number of submissions for oral presentation. The selection will be made by May 15th, 2013.
